• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused commercial officer to manage customer relationships, drive sales opportunities, and coordinate customer requests across terminal, shipping, documentation, and operational teams.

• Coordinate with operations, documentation, terminal, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of customer jobs.
• Monitor customer invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and other relevant financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely updates on job status, customer requests, complaints, and other related matters.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service delivery.
• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, following up on enquiries, quotations, and converting prospects into customers.

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, must be within the shipping, container terminal, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
