Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for all flow stations and equipment on the asset, including wells, pipelines, production facilities, generators, and other relevant assets.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
Develop and maintain asset integrity management systems to monitor and ensure the mechanical integrity of critical equipment.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential integrity threats and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Requirements:

BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (MSc is an added advantage).
Minimum of 10 years' experience in maintenance and asset integrity management within the upstream oil & gas industry.
Relevant professional certifications such as CMRP, API 510/570/653 (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance and integrity programs for complex assets.
