Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing strategies to raise the customer pool, expand outlet traffic, and optimise profitability.
Meeting the outlet’s goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain the condition of outstanding outlets and visual merchandising standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (e.g., complaints, grievances).
Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies for existing/ potential customers.

Requirements

B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Proven successful experience as a retail Sales rep, Store Supervisor, Marketing Executive, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
Leading skills and business orientation.
Customer management skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
