Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Strategy Officer to support strategy execution, business performance analysis, market research, financial analysis, transformation initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support strategy development and execution.
Monitor strategic initiatives, KPIs and business performance.
Conduct market, industry and competitor research.
Prepare business analysis, reports, dashboards and presentations.
Support financial analysis, forecasting and business planning.
Contribute to transformation, innovation and performance improvement initiatives.
Develop business plans and pitch decks.
Track and follow up on strategic action points.
Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to drive execution.

Requirements

First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Sciences, Engineering, IT, Social Sciences or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, corporate planning, research, financial analysis or transformation.
Experience in the ICT, technology, consulting or professional services sector is an advantage.
Strong analytical, research, presentation and report-writing skills.
Good understanding of business strategy and financial analysis.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
